Photos and local drafts

While personalized creation is unavailable, selected photos, recipient names and dialogue stay in the current page's browser memory. They are not uploaded. Leaving the page or refreshing clears the draft. Existing sample videos do not change when you edit it.

When creation becomes available, photos and dialogue will be processed to produce and review the requested video. The processing providers and applicable terms will be disclosed before upload. We do not use customer photos in a public gallery, our marketing or our model training without separate permission.

Storage and deletion

For personalized creation, input photos are retained for up to 24 hours. Photos needed by an unresolved task may be kept until that task is resolved. Video downloads expire after seven days; expired files are then removed. Dialogue is cleared after seven days or video expiry.

Safety records may retain decisions without raw photos or dialogue for up to 90 days. KIE states that media is retained for 14 days and text/metadata logs for two months. These provider periods are separate from our 24-hour photo and seven-day video storage. See KIE's data-retention policy.

Accounts and optional notifications

If you use an account, we process its name, email and session information to provide access. If you separately request an opening notification, we retain your email, chosen package and consent record for up to 90 days. A notification is not a purchase. You can delete a notification request in the browser used to submit it.

Usage information and your choices

Cloudflare provides traffic and security reports, including requests, page views, requested paths, device information and approximate countries or regions. These aggregate reports can include bots and repeated requests. Cloudflare processes this information under its privacy policy. Security and essential browser cookies support abuse prevention, account access and language selection. A previously permitted first-party referral record may last up to 30 days.

Stored information is used to operate the service, not sold. Requests to access, correct or delete account or order information may require ownership verification. Use the contact details supplied with an active account or order. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in a support message.

Safety processing and source records

During personalized creation, photos are transmitted to server-side review before they can be saved as reference assets or sent to the video generator. A rejected upload is not saved to the photo library. Photos and dialogue are reviewed through Cloudflare Workers AI; generation uses KIE and Wan 3.0. Cloudflare-hosted Deepgram Nova-3 recognizes the clip’s actual speech, and Cloudflare Workers AI checks those words for unsafe content. Gemini 3.8 Flash through KIE also checks the completed video and audio before private delivery. Recognition text is held in memory for these checks and is not saved as a transcript. This processing remains disabled until the providers and data-use terms are verified.

We record sanitized source, campaign, referring domain and landing-page information in a first-party cookie lasting up to 30 days. Checkout stores a source snapshot linked to the account and order. Operation records contain identifiers, results and costs, not raw photos, dialogue or payment-card details. Optional source records are distinct from records needed to fulfil an order.

Registration IP information is restricted to account-security purposes and is cleared after 30 days. Short-lived abuse counters use keyed hashes. Visit, price-view and upload-review operation records are deleted after 30 days; order, payment and accounting records follow a separate financial retention policy.

We respect the browser Global Privacy Control signal for optional source records. To withdraw a previously saved source preference, contact support@hotellobbyclip.com. This does not prevent necessary payment, account-security or delivery records.
